You can request deletion of your Mobile AT account and associated personal data using the steps below.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Mobile AT account and associated personal data. Mobile AT is operated by Mobile AT, LLC (“Mobile AT,” “we,” or “us”). It applies to users of the Mobile AT website and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”).
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Mobile AT account, follow these steps: 1. Send an email to support@mobileat.app from the email address associated with your Mobile AT account. 2. Use the subject line: Account deletion request. 3. Include the email address you use to sign in and your role (athletic trainer or event organizer), if known. 4. We may reply to verify your identity before processing the request. We will confirm receipt and begin processing verified requests within a reasonable time.
What we delete
After we verify your request and any active obligations are resolved, we delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account where we are not required or permitted to retain it, including: • Account profile information (name, contact details, role, and profile fields) • Authentication identifiers tied to your account in our systems • Uploaded profile and compliance documents stored for your account • In-app messages and application content linked to your account • Push notification tokens associated with your account • Notification and in-app preference settings
What we may keep
We may retain certain information after an account deletion request when required or permitted by law or legitimate business needs, including: • Records of payments, payouts, invoices, and tax-related information processed through Stripe • Information needed to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations • Legal acceptance and audit records showing that you agreed to our terms • De-identified or aggregated data that no longer identifies you Information visible to other users in completed staffing transactions (for example, that you participated in an event) may remain in their records in a form necessary to document that transaction.
Retention periods
We generally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some backups or logs may take additional time to purge from routine rotation. Financial, tax, and compliance records may be retained for up to seven (7) years or longer if required by applicable law. Legal acceptance records may be retained as needed to demonstrate compliance with our terms.
