Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to Mobile AT’s website and mobile applications. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Who We Are
Mobile AT (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a platform that helps organizations find athletic trainer coverage and helps athletic trainers discover and apply for staffing opportunities. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited technical data from your device.
Account and profile information: name, email address, password (stored by our authentication provider), role (trainer or event organizer), business name, address, and other profile details you choose to provide.
Professional and compliance information (trainers): documents you upload such as certifications, liability insurance, and related credential information needed to apply for jobs and receive payouts.
Event and staffing information (organizers): job posting details, event locations, schedules, emergency action plan contacts, rates, and communications related to coverage requests.
Applications and messaging: application status, messages exchanged between trainers and organizers in application threads, and related metadata.
Payment information: we do not store full bank account or card numbers on our servers. Payment and payout processing is handled by Stripe. We receive and store identifiers and status information needed to process payments (for example, Stripe customer or Connect account IDs and payment status).
Location information: if you allow location access on a mobile device, we may use your location or ZIP code to show nearby job postings. You can also search by ZIP code without enabling device location.
Push notification data: if you enable notifications on a mobile device, we store a device push token associated with your account so we can deliver alerts you have opted into.
Usage and diagnostic information: we may collect log data, crash reports, and performance information (for example, through error monitoring services) to operate and improve the Service.
Marketing interest: if you submit your email on our public website before creating an account, we store that interest so we can follow up about access to the Service.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you
• Match organizers with trainers and facilitate applications, assignments, and in-app messaging
• Process payments and payouts through our payment processor
• Send push notifications and in-app notices about applications, messages, schedule reminders, payments, and nearby jobs (according to your notification preferences where available)
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms
• Comply with legal obligations
• Improve, analyze, and develop the Service
How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Service:
With other users: when you apply to a job, message an organizer, or accept coverage, relevant profile, application, and message content is shared with the other party involved in that staffing request. Event details you post as an organizer are visible to trainers browsing or applying to published jobs.
With service providers: we use trusted vendors to host data, authenticate users, process payments, deliver push notifications, monitor errors, and operate infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations. Key categories include cloud hosting and database services (Google Firebase), payment processing (Stripe), mobile build and notification delivery (Expo/EAS), and error monitoring (Sentry).
For legal reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Mobile AT, our users, or others.
Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
Push Notifications
On supported mobile devices, you may receive push notifications about applications, messages, rate decisions, payments, shift reminders, and nearby jobs. You can control categories in the mobile app under Profile → Notifications (where available). You can also disable notifications entirely in your device settings. Disabling push notifications does not affect in-app notices while you are using the Service.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or accounting requirements. When you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information where we are not required or permitted to retain it.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and industry-standard authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing.
You can update much of your profile information in the app. You can manage push notification preferences in Profile → Notifications on mobile devices.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, contact us at support@mobileat.app. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for adults and professional users. It is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the Service or by email where appropriate.
